AI Voice Agent is an add-on available on all JustCall plans. You pay for the agent minutes you use, with volume discounts on larger bundles.

Key Details
Overage billing: When you exceed your included minutes, overage is billed at $0.99 per minute. Overage charges are deducted from your JustCall credits balance automatically.
Unused minutes do not roll over. Minutes reset each billing cycle.
Agent creation is unlimited on all plans. You can create as many AI Voice Agents as you need — enable and disable individual agents with a status toggle.
No credit card required for the free trial. The trial includes 30 minutes of call time.
How to Upgrade
- Go to Dashboard > AI Voice Agent.
- Click Upgrade or go to your account billing settings.
- Select the plan that matches your monthly volume.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. To downgrade to Pay-As-You-Go, contact JustCall support.
