AI Smart Reply analyzes incoming messages and suggests quick, contextual responses you can send with one click. It's designed for speed — handle routine messages in seconds instead of typing each reply manually.

How It Works

1. When a new message arrives, Smart Reply generates suggested responses based on the message content and conversation history.
2. Suggestions appear as clickable chips above the compose area.
3. Click a suggestion to send it immediately, or click to load it into the compose field for editing first.

Enabling Smart Reply

1. Go to Settings → AI Features.
2. Toggle Smart Reply on.
3. Smart Reply activates across your SMS inbox for all team members.

Smart Reply vs SMS Copilot

Both features can be enabled simultaneously. Smart Reply handles simple messages; Copilot handles nuanced ones.
