JustCall AI features are available through your base plan or as an add-on. This guide breaks down what is included at each tier and what costs extra.

Pro Plan — Transcription Included

The Pro plan includes call transcription at no extra charge for all recorded calls. Transcripts are generated automatically and accessible in the call log.

To access advanced AI features (summaries, scoring, sentiment, coaching, action items, topics, and meeting intelligence), add the AI add-on to your Pro plan.

AI Add-On for Pro Plans

The AI add-on unlocks all advanced features listed above. Pricing:

  • Per user, per month — Contact your account manager or visit the JustCall pricing page for current rates.
  • Transcription minutes — Pro plans with the AI add-on include a set number of transcription minutes per user per month. Additional minutes are billed at a per-minute rate.

Business Plan — All AI Features Included

The Business plan includes every JustCall AI feature with a generous transcription minute allowance per user. No add-on purchase required.

If your team exceeds the included transcription minutes, overage is billed at the standard per-minute rate shown in your billing dashboard.

Enterprise Plan — Volume Pricing

Enterprise plans include all AI features with:

  • Custom transcription minute pools shared across your organization.
  • Volume discounts on per-minute transcription pricing based on committed usage.
  • Dedicated AI model tuning — Work with JustCall to customize scoring criteria, topic detection, and summary formats for your specific use case.
  • Priority processing — Faster transcript and summary generation during peak hours.

Per-Minute Transcription Pricing

Transcription minutes are consumed whenever a call or meeting is transcribed. The per-minute rate depends on your plan:

Meeting intelligence minutes are billed from the same pool as call transcription minutes.

Monitoring Your Usage

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → AI Usage.
  2. View your current month's transcription minutes consumed.
  3. See a projection of usage for the rest of the month.
  4. Set up usage alerts to get notified when you approach your included minutes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I try AI features before committing? Yes. JustCall offers a 14-day trial of the AI add-on for Pro plan accounts. Contact support or visit your billing page to activate the trial.

Do unused transcription minutes roll over? No. Included minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle. Enterprise plans may negotiate rollover terms.

Are there language-based pricing differences? No. All supported languages are transcribed at the same per-minute rate.

Can I turn off AI features to reduce costs? Yes. Disable specific features under Settings → AI Features. Calls will not be transcribed or analyzed for disabled features, and no minutes will be consumed.
