AI Meeting Intelligence

Not every customer conversation happens over the phone. JustCall AI extends its transcription, summary, and action item capabilities to video meetings on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet.

How It Works

  1. Connect your calendar. Link your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar under Settings → AI Features → Meeting Intelligence.
  2. AI joins automatically. When a scheduled meeting starts, JustCall's AI bot joins the call as a participant. Attendees see a notification that the meeting is being recorded and transcribed.
  3. Transcription and analysis. The meeting audio is transcribed in real time with speaker identification.
  4. Post-meeting deliverables. Within minutes of the meeting ending, JustCall generates a transcript, summary, action items, and key topics.

The AI bot works with both scheduled meetings and ad-hoc meetings (when you manually provide the meeting link).

Full Transcript

A speaker-labeled transcript with timestamps. Searchable and shareable, just like call transcripts.

Meeting Summary

AI-generated summary covering:

  • Agenda items discussed — What topics were covered.
  • Decisions made — What the group agreed on.
  • Action items — Tasks assigned to specific participants.
  • Open questions — Topics that need further discussion.

Action Items

Each detected action item includes a description, suggested assignee, and due date (when mentioned). Action items can be pushed to your CRM or task manager.

Sharing Meeting Notes

Meeting notes are auto-shared based on your settings:

  • Email to attendees — Send the summary and action items to all meeting participants.
  • Post to Slack — Share meeting notes in a relevant channel.
  • Log to CRM — Attach meeting notes to the contact or deal record.

Configure sharing preferences under Settings → AI Features → Meeting Intelligence → Sharing.

Manual Meeting Recording

For meetings not on your calendar, you can trigger recording manually:

  1. Go to AI Features → Meeting Intelligence.
  2. Click Record a Meeting.
  3. Paste the meeting link (Zoom, Teams, or Meet).
  4. The AI bot joins within 30 seconds.
  • The AI bot announces its presence when joining and displays a recording notice.
  • Meeting hosts can remove the bot at any time.
  • Recordings and transcripts follow your account's data retention policy.
  • Ensure your meeting recording practices comply with local consent laws. Some jurisdictions require all-party consent.

Plan Availability

Meeting Intelligence is available on the Business plan and above, or as part of the AI add-on. Meeting minutes are billed separately from call transcription minutes.
