Access Voicemail from the JustCall Mobile App
Check voicemails, read transcriptions, and call back — all from your phone. Voicemails sync across devices, so anything you listen to on mobile is marked as heard on desktop too.
Available on: All plans

Read voicemail transcriptions
JustCall transcribes voicemails automatically. Below the audio player, you see the written transcription of the message. This lets you scan the voicemail's content quickly without listening — useful when you are in a meeting or a noisy environment.
Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality and the caller's speech clarity. If a transcription seems incomplete, listen to the audio for the full message.
Call back from voicemail
- Open the voicemail you want to respond to
- Tap the Call Back button
- JustCall dials the caller's number using your default outbound number
You can also tap the caller's number to start a new SMS if a text reply is more appropriate.
Manage voicemail greetings
Voicemail greetings are configured on the JustCall web dashboard, not directly in the mobile app:
- Log in to the JustCall dashboard on your computer
- Go to Phone Numbers > select the number > Voicemail
- Record a new greeting or upload an audio file
- Save your changes
The updated greeting takes effect immediately for all callers reaching that number's voicemail.
