View and Manage Contacts from the JustCall Mobile App
Access your JustCall contacts on the go — search for anyone, view their call and SMS history, and create new contacts directly from your phone. Everything syncs with your JustCall dashboard and connected CRM.

Browse and search contacts
- Open the JustCall app and tap the Contacts tab
- Scroll through the alphabetical list or use the search bar at the top
- Search by name, phone number, email, or company
Results appear as you type, pulling from your JustCall contact list and any connected CRM.
View contact details
Tap a contact to see their full profile:
- Phone numbers — all numbers associated with the contact
- Email — email address if available
- Company — company name and any custom fields
- Call history — a chronological list of all calls with this contact, including direction, duration, and date
- SMS history — all text conversations with this contact
From the contact detail screen, tap any phone number to call or message that contact immediately.
Create a new contact
- In the Contacts tab, tap the Add Contact icon (plus icon)
- Enter the contact's name, phone number, email, and company
- Tap Save
New contacts sync to your JustCall dashboard and any connected CRM integration. If you create a contact during or after a call, the call history links to the new contact automatically.
View call and SMS history per contact
Every interaction with a contact is logged in their profile. Open a contact and scroll down to see:
- All inbound and outbound calls with timestamps and durations
- All SMS conversations
- Voicemails left by the contact
- Notes added by you or your team
This gives you full context before you call or message someone back.
Sync with phone contacts
JustCall can read your phone's native contact list to match incoming calls and messages to names. To enable this:
- Go to JustCall app Settings > Contacts
- Enable Sync Phone Contacts
- Grant JustCall access to your phone's contacts when prompted
This is a read-only sync — JustCall reads names from your phone contacts to display caller ID, but does not modify your phone's contact list.
