Download and Set Up the JustCall iOS App
The JustCall iOS app lets you make and receive business calls, send texts, and manage conversations from your iPhone — using your JustCall numbers, not your personal number. Set it up once and stay reachable wherever you go.
Available on: All plans
Download and install
- Open the App Store on your iPhone
- Search for "JustCall"
- Tap Get to download and install the app
- Open JustCall from your home screen
Requirement: iOS 15 or later
Sign in
- Open the JustCall app
- Enter your JustCall email and password
- Tap Log In
If your account uses SSO (Single Sign-On), tap Sign in with SSO and enter your company domain. The app keeps you signed in across sessions.
Enable push notifications
Push notifications ensure you never miss an incoming call or message. When prompted after login:
- Tap Allow on the iOS notification permission dialog
- If you previously denied notifications, go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > JustCall and enable Allow Notifications
Without push notifications enabled, incoming calls will not ring on your phone when the app is in the background.
Grant microphone access
JustCall needs microphone access to handle calls:
- When you make or receive your first call, iOS prompts for microphone permission — tap OK
- If you previously denied access, go to iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone > enable JustCall
CallKit integration
JustCall uses Apple CallKit, which means incoming calls appear on your lock screen and in the native Phone app — just like regular phone calls. CallKit is enabled by default. You can answer calls from the lock screen, see JustCall calls in your iOS recent calls list, and use Siri to return missed calls.
Verify your setup
After completing the steps above, confirm everything works:
- Ask a colleague to call one of your JustCall numbers
- Your iPhone should ring with the native iOS call screen
- Answer the call and verify two-way audio
If the call does not come through, check that push notifications and microphone access are both enabled.
