How it works

When a caller leaves a voicemail:

  1. JustCall records and stores the voicemail
  2. The system transcribes the audio to text
  3. The transcript appears as a remark in your missed calls log
  4. A copy is delivered to your email

Supported languages

Voicemail transcription automatically detects and transcribes in 12 languages:

English, Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish


Enable voicemail transcription

  1. Go to Phone Numbers and open Settings for the number
  2. Find Voicemail Transcription Settings
  3. Toggle the feature on
