How it works
When a caller leaves a voicemail:
- JustCall records and stores the voicemail
- The system transcribes the audio to text
- The transcript appears as a remark in your missed calls log
- A copy is delivered to your email
Supported languages
Voicemail transcription automatically detects and transcribes in 12 languages:
English, Dutch, French, German, Indonesian, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish
Enable voicemail transcription
- Go to Phone Numbers and open Settings for the number
- Find Voicemail Transcription Settings
- Toggle the feature on
