Manage Do Not Call Lists

JustCall lets you maintain a Do Not Call (DNC) list that automatically blocks outbound calls and messages to numbers your contacts have asked you not to contact. This keeps your team compliant with TCPA, national DNC registries, and your own internal policies.

How the DNC list works

When a number is on your DNC list, JustCall prevents agents from calling or texting that number. If an agent tries, they see a warning and the call or message is blocked. This applies to manual dialing, click-to-call, and Sales Dialer campaigns.

Add numbers to the DNC list

Add manually

Go to Settings > Do Not Call
Click Add Number
Enter the phone number (include country code)
Click Save

Import from CSV

Go to Settings > Do Not Call > Import
Upload a CSV file with one phone number per row
Map the column and click Import

This is useful when you receive a bulk opt-out list or need to upload numbers from an external compliance database.

Automatic DNC

When a contact replies STOP to an SMS, JustCall automatically adds their number to the DNC list. This is required for SMS compliance and happens without any manual action.

Remove a number from the DNC list

If a contact later asks to be re-contacted:

Go to Settings > Do Not Call
Search for the number
Click Remove

Document the opt-back-in for your compliance records.
