I can't make outbound calls from the button

Grant Chrome microphone permission to justcall.io. Go to Chrome settings > Site permissions > Microphone and allow access for JustCall.

"Request a Callback" option is not visible

Enable Public Calendar in your JustCall settings. The callback feature requires an active public calendar to show available time slots.

The call button is not showing on my website

Check your business hours configuration. The Click to Call button is only visible to visitors during your configured business hours.

No callback slots are available

Make sure Public Calendar is enabled and that you have selected available time slots for callbacks.
