Create a Conference Room

Set up a conference room on any JustCall number to host calls with up to 250 participants. Each participant joins using a PIN that's generated automatically.

Set up a conference room

  1. Go to Phone Numbers and select the number you want to use
  2. Open Phone Number settingsIncoming Calls
  3. Select Conference call as the routing option
  4. Click Add Conference Room
  5. Enter a name for the room (e.g., "Weekly Standup" or "Client Review")
  6. Add participant email addresses
  7. Review the auto-generated conference PIN
  8. Click Confirm and Create Conference

The conference room details — including the PIN and participant list — appear in the conference call settings section for that number.


Key details

  • Capacity: Up to 250 participants per room
  • Access: Participants dial the number and enter the PIN
  • Multiple rooms: You can create more than one conference room per number
