JustCall Appointment Scheduler
JustCall Appointment Scheduler
The Appointment Scheduler lets you share a booking link with prospects and customers so they can pick a time that works for both sides. Appointments sync to your calendar automatically, and JustCall sends SMS reminders to reduce no-shows.
Available on: Team plan and above
How it works
- You create a booking page with your available time slots
- Share the booking link via email, SMS, or embed it on your website
- The contact picks a date and time
- JustCall creates the appointment, adds it to your calendar, and sends confirmation
No back-and-forth scheduling emails required.
Calendar integration
Connect your Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook calendar so JustCall can check your real-time availability. When a contact opens your booking link, they only see times when you are actually free.
To connect your calendar, go to Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar or Outlook and authorize the connection.
SMS reminders
JustCall automatically sends SMS reminders before the appointment to reduce no-shows:
- 24 hours before — a reminder with the date, time, and any details you included
- 1 hour before — a final reminder
You can customize the reminder timing and message content under Appointment Scheduler > Settings > Reminders.
Auto-confirm appointments
By default, new bookings are auto-confirmed immediately. The contact receives instant confirmation via SMS and email. If you prefer to review bookings before confirming, switch to manual confirmation mode in your scheduler settings.
