JustCall Technology Partner Program

The Technology Partner Program is for software companies that want to build integrations with JustCall, co-market to shared audiences, and get listed in the JustCall partner directory. If your product complements business phone systems, this program helps you reach JustCall's customer base.


What you get as a technology partner

API access

Full access to the JustCall REST API and webhooks for building deep integrations. Partner-tier API access includes higher rate limits and dedicated technical support during development.

Partner directory listing

Your integration gets a listing in the JustCall integrations directory, visible to all JustCall customers. The listing includes your logo, description, setup instructions, and a link to your product.

Co-marketing opportunities

Joint blog posts, webinars, case studies, and email campaigns to both customer bases. The JustCall partnerships team works with you to plan and execute co-marketing activities.

Technical support

A dedicated partner engineer helps you during integration development. You also get access to a staging environment for testing.

How to apply

  1. Visit justcall.io/partners and click Apply as Technology Partner
  2. Fill in details about your company, product, and the integration you want to build
  3. The partnerships team reviews your application within 5 business days
  4. Once approved, you receive API credentials, documentation, and a staging environment

Integration development process

  1. Scoping — Work with the JustCall partner engineer to define the integration scope
  2. Development — Build using the REST API and webhooks. Use the staging environment for testing.
  3. Review — Submit your integration for QA review by the JustCall team
  4. Launch — Once approved, the integration goes live in the partner directory

Most partners complete the process in 4 to 8 weeks depending on integration complexity.
