Cancel Your JustCall Account
Cancel Your JustCall Account
If JustCall is no longer the right fit, you can cancel your account from the billing settings. This article explains the cancellation process, what happens to your data, and how to export everything before you leave.
Before You Cancel
Take these steps to avoid losing important data:
- Export call recordings. Go to Calls → Recordings, select the recordings you need, and click Download. Recordings are deleted 90 days after cancellation.
- Export SMS history. Go to SMS → Conversations, click Export, and download a CSV of your message history.
- Export contacts. Go to Contacts → Export to download your contact list.
- Download invoices. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices and download any invoices you need for your records.
- Port your numbers (optional). If you want to keep your phone numbers, initiate a port-out request before canceling. See Port Out from JustCall.
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings → Billing → Overview.
- Click Cancel Subscription at the bottom of the page.
- Select a reason for canceling (this helps JustCall improve but is optional).
- Review the summary showing your cancellation effective date.
- Click Confirm Cancellation.
Only the account owner can cancel. Admins and regular users do not have this permission.
