This guide covers everything that affects your JustCall bill: base plan costs, calling rates, SMS segment pricing, add-on fees, and phone number charges. Use it to estimate your total cost before you commit.

All prices are per user/month. Minimum 2 seats.

SMS and MMS Pricing
SMS is billed per segment. A standard segment is 160 characters (GSM-7) or 70 characters (Unicode). Messages longer than one segment are split and billed accordingly.

What Counts Toward Your Bill
- Base plan — fixed monthly or annual fee per seat
- Calling usage — per-minute charges for outbound and toll-free inbound
- SMS/MMS usage — per-segment or per-message charges (unless covered by a bundle)
- Phone numbers — monthly fee per active number
- Add-ons — flat monthly fees or usage-based (AI Voice Agent)
Your invoice is generated on the same date each month. View it at Settings → Billing → Invoices.
