Manage Your Subscription and Billing

Everything related to your JustCall billing lives under Settings → Billing. This article walks you through the most common billing tasks so you stay on top of payments and avoid service interruptions.

View Your Current Plan and Usage

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Overview.
  2. You will see your current plan, number of active seats, billing cycle (monthly or annual), and next renewal date.
  3. The Usage section shows your current-period calling minutes, SMS segments, and any add-on consumption.

View and Download Invoices

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices.
  2. You will see a list of all invoices sorted by date (newest first).
  3. Click Download PDF next to any invoice to save a copy.
  4. Each invoice includes a breakdown of plan fees, usage charges, phone number fees, and applicable taxes.

Invoices are generated on the same date each month (your billing anchor date). If you switch from monthly to annual billing, the next invoice reflects the prorated adjustment.

Update Your Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method.
  2. Click Update Card.
  3. Enter your new credit or debit card details.
  4. Click Save.

JustCall accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification and have 7 days to update your card before service is paused.

Change Your Billing Cycle

You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Overview.
  2. Click Change Billing Cycle.
  3. Select Monthly or Annual.
  4. Review the prorated amount and confirm.

Switching to annual: You will be charged the prorated annual rate minus any unused balance from your current monthly cycle. Annual billing saves approximately 25–30%.

Switching to monthly: The change takes effect at your next renewal. You will not receive a refund for the remaining annual period, but you will retain access until the annual term ends.

Add or Update Your Billing Address

  1. Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Details.
  2. Update your company name, address, and tax ID (VAT/GST/ABN) if applicable.
  3. Click Save.

This information appears on your invoices. If you need a custom PO number on invoices, contact support.
