Legacy Plans and Migration to New Pricing
JustCall moved to a new pricing structure in June 2025. If your account was created before that date, you may be on a legacy plan. This article explains the differences, what changes with migration, and how to move to the new plans.
What are legacy plans
Legacy plans include the original JustCall pricing tiers: Standard, Premium, and Custom. These plans had different bundled minute allocations, feature sets, and per-user pricing compared to the current plans.
As of June 2025, legacy plans are no longer available to new customers. Existing legacy plan customers continue on their current plan until they choose to migrate.
Current plans
The current JustCall plans are:

| Business | Custom pricing with dedicated support, SLA, and enterprise features |
What changes when you migrate
- Bundled minutes may increase or decrease depending on your current usage and new plan selection
- AI features (transcription, summaries, scoring) are included in Pro and above on the new plans — these were add-ons on some legacy plans
- Per-user pricing is different — review the pricing page for current rates
- Feature access may expand — several features that were Premium-only on legacy plans are now available on Team
Your existing phone numbers, contacts, call history, recordings, and integrations are preserved during migration. Nothing is lost.
How to migrate
- Go to Settings > Billing
- You see a banner indicating you are on a legacy plan with an option to View New Plans
- Compare plans and select the one that fits your team
- Confirm the switch — your new plan starts on your next billing cycle

Frequently asked questions
Can I stay on my legacy plan? Yes. There is no forced migration. However, new features released after June 2025 are only available on current plans.
Will I lose any data? No. All call logs, recordings, contacts, and settings carry over.
Can I switch back to my legacy plan after migrating? No. Once you migrate to a current plan, legacy plans are no longer available.
