Manage Team Members
Manage Team Members
Keep your team roster current so every agent has the access they need — and nobody who's left still has a login.
Invite new members
- Go to Settings → Team Members.
- Click Invite Member.
- Enter the person's email address and select a role (Owner, Admin, or Agent).
- Click Send Invite. The recipient gets an email with a link to set up their account.
You can invite multiple people at once by separating email addresses with commas, or by uploading a CSV file under Bulk Import.
Bulk import
- Download the CSV template from the Bulk Import dialog.
- Fill in name, email, and role for each person.
- Upload the completed file and confirm.
All imported users receive invitation emails immediately.
Edit a team member
- Open Settings → Team Members.
- Click on a member's name to open their profile.
- Update their name, role, assigned numbers, or group membership.
- Click Save Changes.
Changes to roles and number assignments take effect immediately — the agent does not need to log out and back in.
Deactivate a member
- Open the member's profile from the team list.
- Click Deactivate at the bottom of the profile panel.
- Confirm the action.
Deactivated members lose access instantly. Their call history and recordings are preserved. The seat is freed for billing purposes at the start of the next billing cycle.
To reactivate someone, find them using the Status: Inactive filter and click Reactivate.
Filter and search the member list
Use the filters at the top of the team list to narrow by:
- Role — Owner, Admin, Agent, or any custom role.
- Status — Active, Inactive, or Pending Invite.
- Group — Any user group you have configured.
Type into the search bar to find a member by name or email.
Understand seat-based billing
Each active team member occupies one seat on your plan. Deactivating a member frees that seat. Pending invitations do not count toward your seat total until the invitee accepts and activates their account.
You can view your current seat usage under Settings → Billing → Subscription.
