I can't load the JustCall homepage

Try these steps in order:

  1. Reload the page.
  2. Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  3. Check your internet connection.
  4. Try a different browser.
  5. Try Incognito/private mode.

How do I share feedback?

Click the Help icon in JustCall and select Submit feedback.

Where can I download the Mac desktop app?

Download from: https://app.justcall.io/app/apps

How do I cancel a team member's license?

  1. Go to Team Members.
  2. Select the team member.
  3. Reassign any phone numbers they own.
  4. Click Edit > Remove user > Save.

How do I check or change my timezone?

Go to Profile > Settings > Account Details > Edit and update your timezone.

The dialer is not showing my audio devices

Use Chrome as your browser. Restart the app and check your device settings. See Resolve Audio Problems for detailed steps.
