If you are experiencing one-way audio, no sound, or your microphone is not being detected, follow these steps.

Common causes

  • Network or hardware issues
  • Unrecognized headset or audio device
  • Browser permission not granted

How to fix

  1. Open the JustCall app with your headset connected.
  2. Disconnect the headset.
  3. Clear your browser cache and cookies (or restart the desktop app).
  4. Restart the app.
  5. Log in again.
  6. Reconnect your headset.
  7. When prompted, authorize the headset for microphone access.

This process forces the app to re-detect your audio device and request fresh permissions.
