How do I add a second business with a different tax ID for CNAM registration?
By default, JustCall allows one business profile per account. Within that profile, you can create multiple CNAM bundles and assign different numbers to each. To add a completely separate company with a different tax ID, contact support — they'll set up the additional profile manually.
Why do some call categories for the same country have different prices?
Different prefixes route through distinct carrier paths, which carry different rates. For example, "UK-mobile" and "UK-mobile-other" represent separate routing tiers even though both are UK mobile numbers.
How do I check my 10DLC, CNAM, or toll-free registration status?
Go to the Business Profile section in your account settings. Your registration status for each type is displayed there.
When I blacklist a contact as admin, does it apply to all users?
Yes. Contacts added to the Blacklist or Do Not Dial list by an admin apply account-wide to all users.
