Clearing Cache and Cookies in Chrome

Clearing your browser cache and cookies can fix login issues, audio problems, and other unexpected behavior in JustCall.
Available on: All plans
Clear all cache and cookies
- Click the three-dot menu in Chrome.
- Go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
- Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
- Set the time range to All time.
- Click Clear data.
Auto-clear JustCall cookies on exit
- Go to
chrome://settings/content/cookies. - Add
https://dashboard.justcall.ioto the Clear on Exit list.
Clear JustCall-specific cookies only
- Click the lock icon in the Chrome address bar.
- Click Cookies.
- Remove
app.justcall.ioandjustcall.io.
