Clearing Cache and Cookies in Chrome

Clearing your browser cache and cookies can fix login issues, audio problems, and other unexpected behavior in JustCall.

Clear all cache and cookies

  1. Click the three-dot menu in Chrome.
  2. Go to More Tools > Clear Browsing Data.
  3. Check Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files.
  4. Set the time range to All time.
  5. Click Clear data.

Auto-clear JustCall cookies on exit

  1. Go to chrome://settings/content/cookies.
  2. Add https://dashboard.justcall.io to the Clear on Exit list.

Clear JustCall-specific cookies only

  1. Click the lock icon in the Chrome address bar.
  2. Click Cookies.
  3. Remove app.justcall.io and justcall.io.
