Analytics Dashboard Overview
The JustCall Analytics dashboard gives you a single view of your team's calling and messaging activity so you can spot trends, identify coaching opportunities, and prove ROI to leadership.
Who Can Access Analytics
Analytics is available on the Team plan and above. Admins see all data across the account. Agents see only their own metrics unless an admin grants broader access.
How to Open the Dashboard
- Log in to your JustCall account.
- Click Analytics in the left sidebar.
- You land on the Overview tab, which surfaces top-level metrics across all channels.
Main Sections
| Section | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Calls | Total calls, answered vs. missed, average duration, peak hours, and call-volume trends over time. |
| SMS | Messages sent and received, delivery rates, average response time, and conversation status breakdown. |
| Agent Performance | Per-agent stats including calls handled, talk time, hold time, missed-call rate, and SMS response speed. |
| Team Overview | Aggregated team metrics, service-level percentage, busiest agents, and volume distribution across groups. |
Date Filters
Every section supports flexible date filtering:
- Preset ranges — Today, Yesterday, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month.
- Custom range — Pick any start and end date from the calendar picker.
- Compare periods — Toggle "Compare" to overlay a previous period and see growth or decline at a glance.
All times display in your account timezone. Change your timezone under Settings > General.
Exporting Data
- Navigate to the section you want to export.
- Apply any filters (date, agent, phone number).
- Click the Export button in the top-right corner of the section.
- Choose CSV or Excel format.
- The file downloads immediately for small datasets. For larger exports, you receive an email with a download link.
Exports include all visible columns plus metadata such as call recording URLs and disposition codes.
Tips for Getting the Most from Analytics
- Bookmark filtered views — After applying filters, copy the URL. JustCall preserves filter state in the link so you can return to the same view later.
- Schedule recurring reports — Instead of exporting manually, set up automated email reports under Analytics > Scheduled Reports.
- Start with Team Overview — Use the team-level view to find outliers, then drill into individual agent reports for details.
